BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order with the Studio VERSŌ online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, please contact us at sales@studioverso.ca before placing your order.
We must receive full payment for your order before it can be accepted. Once payment is received, we will confirm acceptance by sending you an email to the address provided during checkout. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding agreement.
Studio VERSŌ reserves the right to change or withdraw special online offers or discounts at any time.
We may revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and, unless otherwise stated, include applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for Newfoundland and Labrador. The total amount, including tax and any shipping fees, will be displayed during checkout.
Prices are current at the time of order. Studio VERSŌ reserves the right to update product pricing at any time before your order is placed. If the correct price is higher than the listed price at the time of your order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative option.
DELIVERY
We aim to ship orders promptly; however, Studio VERSŌ is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors outside our control. We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from such external circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
RETURNS
Please refer to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to device display settings. Orders will only be processed if no material errors in product details or pricing are identified.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Studio VERSŌ disclaims any warranties (express or implied) regarding the accuracy of information on this website and shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Studio VERSŌ or its licensors. Content may not be copied, distributed, stored, or reused in any way without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
GENERAL
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the applicable laws of Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador for any disputes relating to these Terms.
