Shipping policy

At Studio VERSŌ, we currently ship within Canada only.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $10. Orders over $75 before tax qualify for free standard shipping. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $20. If your order totals over $150 before tax, express shipping is free. 

Please note: Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Please note: The Pilates Collection Bundle is not included in the standard and express free shipping. Shipping for The Pilates Collection is a flat-rate of $25.00. 

IN-STUDIO PICK-UP

Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer free in-studio pick-up during our regular studio hours.

Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 2–4 days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready. Pick-up is available at 60 O'Leary Ave, St. John's, NL A1B 2C7.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be split across delivery methods (e.g. part pick-up, part shipped).
