Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We’re happy to offer exchange or store credit for items purchased through our online store, within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
Please note:
- Exchanges and store credit are available for online purchases only.
- Items cannot be exchanged for in-studio products.
- You cannot receive store credit for our studio. It must be used online only.
To begin an exchange, email sales@studioverso.ca with your order details. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist with the next steps.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@studioverso.ca if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
